AVOID!
Mr. Goldstein is incredibly unprofessional. They re-sodded my lawn and quoted me a price of $145 per pallet including the sod and labor. However, during the job, they only used 6 pallets. Additionally, they significantly underestimated the cleanup labor required. He increased his initial price quote to take into account the extra roto-tilling labor. Despite the fact that they only used 6 pallets, due to their calculation error, the price for their service was not adjusted down significantly. While the 4 additional pallets cost me $580, he only decreased his price by $80. Additionally, despite the fact that I had paid for those pallets, he refused to leave them because he intended to sell them elsewhere and use them personally. It's also worth noting that when they came and picked up the sod the next day, they left a huge mess and didn't clean up the leftover dirt and grass. Finally, during discussions he became incredibly agitated. He's a very large man, and I genuinely feared that he was going to physically assault me during the discussion. The sodding job was fine. However, I would not recommend their service due to their shady business practices and unprofessional nature. He consistently misjudged everything and I paid for it. AVOID THEM!
