In the beginning everything was finebut as it became time for my unit to arrive, Shay did not return my emails or phone calls. Now I am out of over $600 and still no unit or explaination. I would not recommend her services!!!!!!!!

I just recently received my lace wig and the texture of the hair is awesome. This is my second wig from DWL and once again I'm impressed. The rate of shipping was phenomenal, even faster than I expected. Shay(owner)was very knowledgeable about her products and even sent my tip and tricks on how to maintain my hair. She's been good about corresponding with me via email or phone and was always patient and professional(a + because I don't like to feel I'm being rushed). I've gotten so many complements on how beautiful my hair is (they didn't know it was a wig). Needless to say I'm very pleased. Thanks again Shay.

Shay, the owner, went above and beyond for the production of my order. She answered my "2000" questions and kept me updated. I needed my unit for a certain date and she got it to me on time! If you call her, you talk to HER, if you message her, you get a prompt responce. Excellent customer service! Ohhh..and the hairgorgeous! I am new to lace wigs but I am not new to weaving hair and this is high end quality stuff! A lace wig is not the cheapest investment but if you want your moneys worth..Go to this girl..she can't be beat!!!
