Oh! the smell of fine beef on skewers. How the aroma makes me salavate. Really, joking aside this place is great but pricey. Lunchtime is the best value

The salad bar is amazing in this place- its massive! And the meat is the tenderest, juiciest meat you will find in Houston- a bit pricey but worth every penny.

While I've only eaten here a few times, it has left an everlasting memory for my taste buds. The unconventional service style of turning a circular card over from green (go - more food) and red (stop - don't need food right now) is an interesting delight, but it's the food that really makes the price worth it. The meats are delectable and the mashed potatoes basically melt in your mouth. The salad bar is wonderful as well, but I have to admit that I save most of my appetite for the meats. A must-go!!

I don't get it! Look at travel photos of Rio beaches Copacabana, Ipanema, etc. How can the Brazilians look like that when they have restaurants like this?

I have visited Fogo de Chao several times. Each time has been with groups from work for special celebrations. The atmosphere is loud and fun so be sure to be in that mood when you go. There is a huge salad bar that is fresh and contains vegetables that you don't normally see on a salad bar - like artichoke. However, the meat is the main attraction. Waiters continue bringing large skewers of meat as long as you indicate you want more. The meats include sausage, rib eye steak sirlon steak and many others. While I enjoy the restaurant each time I go, I really think that I would choose to spend my $50 at a more romantic restaurant with a variety of foods to choose from.

Ok who does not love Fogo de chao? Yes, its pricey and yes, you will leave stuffed. The level of service tho and its outstanding meat selections make it a nice splurge!

This is a restaurant unlike any others in Houston. It not only has a great attmosphere but the food in unbeatable.
