We have a wonderful selection of spiritual books and relaxation/meditation tapes. We also carry zafus and zabutons (meditation cushions and mats), 100% cotton yoga T-shirts and stretching mats (sticky mats) for hatha yoga.

Due to the desire to maintain a medititative environment for the yoga practice,

the bookstore is not open during classes.

I was a yoga novice when I started attending last year. The instructors are excellent--make sure you do the poses correctly and without injury. Convenient location and ample parking.
