Why should I have an Inspection?
An inspection of your new home will give you a complete evaluation of the condition of your property before you purchase it. We will examine the Foundation, Heating, Electrical, Roofing and Structural components and determine where repairs might be needed.
The advantage of having an inspection before you purchase your new home is that if we find some items that were definately in need of repair, you can request the repairs prior to closing, reduce the cost to purchase the home, or decide not to purchase the home. You could wind up saving yourself hundreds or even thousands of dollars by taking care of this in the beginning.
By learning about the house before purchasing it, you will have security and
"Peace of Mind".
